Since 1980, when Brillamont Institute’s doors first opened, it has been one of the leading basic education institutions in the region. Integrating the best educational trends, it has positioned us as solid and leading Institution.
The Brillamont Teaching Model was born based on the premise that the human being must be shaped in a complete, integral and well-balanced way. Founded by a group of professional educators led by Mr. Américo Ferrara Olvera who, conscious of the limitations of traditional teaching structures, designed a teaching model which develops the different areas of an individual, and achieves personal and social success as a result. In Brillamont Institute - under this Teaching Model- we have devoted our efforts to prepare outstanding students that are morally committed to excellence and who contribute in a responsible way to both society and themselves.
Brillamont Institute has emerged as one of the leading examples of basic education in Monterrey and its metropolitan area. The hallmarks of this learning community include a collaborative atmosphere among faculty, within and between academic divisions, and the expansion of ways to measure the effectiveness of classroom teaching.
It appears that the prediction made over 30 years ago has become a reality. As students, parents, and staff remain true to our traditions of collaboration and extra effort that have built Brillamont Institute, we will become a school to see our students “be and transcend”.
